  • You can access the training anywhere you have an internet connection, on any device.

  • MindWell for Leaders Begins on August 19, 2024. Every week for four weeks new content will be made available including a live session with a MindWell facilitator. You will continue to have access to all the content for one year.

  • For best results, we recommend blocking out 20 minutes each week to engage with the learning modules on your own time. There is also a 45 minute live session with a facilitator for each of the first four weeks. Recordings will be made available if you can’t make the live session.

  • Live sessions will happen at a specific time. You will receive email reminders to join. If you miss the session, you will have access to the recordings.
